You can’t have a healthy body long-term without a healthy mind.
The two are connected at every level. If you don’t believe at the deepest level that you are a healthy person, you will sabotage yourself every time.
If you are a person who loses weight only to gain it back, your beliefs do not match your visions. You believe something other than what you are trying to accomplish and your mind brings your body back to the unhealthy state again and again.
If this sounds like you, let’s take a moment and write down a few reasons why you want to lose weight. I find that those that have a really strong “why” can envision themselves losing the weight. When faced with temptations that would cause you to derail your success, your why is the key to staying on track.
Another thing that will help is finding a weight loss plan that is easy enough to stay on for the long term. Let’s face it losing the initial few pounds is not that hard, what is hard is imaging yourself sticking with the plan for the long term. Some plans are too restrictive and in very short order, you may find yourself thinking this is not how I want to eat for the rest of my life
If you are like me, you have been trying plenty of “diets” over the years but there is one temptation or another that tries to tempt you to have that cheat day or that one food that you think you can’t live without. This is you subconscious trying to bring you back to your bad habits. It is amazing how your mind will actually fight you on your health journey. The reason why is because it likes the status quo.
You can’t just break a bad habit, you need to replace one habit with another one and convince yourself that this is going to be the new status quo. Think about some of the habits you have that you no longer think about.
A simple example is brushing your teeth, when you were first starting out as a child and learning to brush your teeth…someone was always reminding you to do it. Then as you grew up, it became something that you just did. You did it so frequently it became automatic.
Flipping your mindset around eating and working out is the same thing. Find something that you can stick with and do it every day and soon enough you will find that you don’t like how you feel when you eat the foods that you used to crave and you don’t like the way you feel without working out.

Another bit impact to a weight-loss mindset, is managing your stress levels. If you are like me, stress or boredom can cause that “temptation voice” to come back and test your resolve. Working out will help with some of the stress but another benefit of the program that I found helps manage stress with the nutrients included in Ionix Supreme. It contains a blend of plant-based Adaptogens specifically chosen for their benefits in modulating the consequences of chronic stress.
Some times when we choose “diets” they don’t look at the person holistically, it is why many of them fail. I’ve lost 15 lbs so far on mine and can’t wait to share it with you.
